Refund and Returns Policy

At TrendBazar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully read our cancellation, return, and refund policies below.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placement.
- To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] or Message us at Instagram.
- Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 48-72 business hours.
2. Return Policy
TrendBazar offers returns under the conditions mentioned below. The return policy for each product is also specified on the product page and may vary depending on the category.

Pick-Up and Processing:
- You can request a pick-up from your address or provide an alternative address where pick-up services are available.
- During pick-up, the product will be inspected against the following conditions:
Condition | Details |
---|---|
Correct Product | Name, image, brand, and serial number should match. MRP tags must be intact and visible. |
Complete Product | All original accessories, freebies, and combos must be included. |
Unused Product | The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any stains, with tamper-free return tags intact. |
Undamaged Product | The product must not have any scratches, tears, or damages. |
Original Packaging | The original packaging must be undamaged. |
- The return will be refused if any of the above conditions are not met.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by us.
- Refund Timeline:
- For payments made via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund will take 10-14 working days to reflect in your account.
- For refunds to e-wallets, it will be processed within 24 hours.
- During peak seasons, processing may take up to 15-18 business days.
- If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed once per product, subject to stock availability.
- Note: No refunds will be issued after an exchange has already been processed for the same product.
5. Additional Rules
- Open Box Delivery: If the product is found damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, a refund will be provided. No return request will be accepted after open-box delivery has been approved unless it is for manufacturing defects.
- Please note that for all returns or replacements, customers will be responsible for delivery charges.
